IT Director

Curtis serves as the IT Director for The Willows Hospice, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital operations in support of compassionate, patient-centered hospice care. With more than 15 years of experience in information technology, business operations, and association management, Curtis is passionate about leveraging technology to improve organizational efficiency, strengthen security, and enhance the experience of both caregivers and the patients they serve.

In addition to his leadership at The Willows Hospice, Curtis serves as the Executive Director of the Personalized Arthroplasty Society, where he oversees strategic growth, member engagement, and organizational operations for an international professional association. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations across healthcare, nonprofit, and professional services sectors, helping implement innovative technology solutions that support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Curtis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is recognized for combining technical expertise with strategic leadership. His experience spans IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, process improvement, vendor management, and digital transformation. He is committed to building secure, scalable technology environments that enable organizations to focus on their mission while preparing for future innovation.
